Terms & conditions for a clear and fair collaboration

1. Professional advice outside booked appointments

My work is based on extensive professional expertise, many years of therapeutic experience, and the careful, individual assessment of every case.

Every analysis, testing procedure, evaluation, assessment, and professional recommendation constitutes a professional service.

Professional advice provided outside booked appointments or agreed support programmes is therefore generally subject to a separate fee. 


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • WhatsApp consultations (text, voice, photo, or video messages)
  • Telephone consultations
  • Email consultations
  • Additional analyses, testing, and evaluations
  • Individual professional assessments
  • Additional recommendations and case reviews

Charges are based on the actual time required for reviewing information, listening to voice messages, professional evaluation, and preparing a personalised response.

Consultation Fees (outside booked appointments or support programmes):
15-minute consultation:  40 €

30-minute consultation:  75 €

45-minute intensive consultation: 110 €

Billing is based on consultation units. Any consultation unit that has commenced will be charged in full.

 

2. Support programmes & individual consultations (online or in person)

By booking an appointment or support programme, I reserve dedicated time, preparation, and professional support exclusively for you and your animal.
As the number of places is intentionally limited, I kindly ask you to treat booked appointments and programmes responsibly.

Individual consultations (online or in person):
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment 50 % of the agreed fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee. ㅤㅤ

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, as short-notice cancellations usually cannot be filled.

 

Support Programmes (online or in person)

By booking a support programme, you reserve professional support, preparation time, and capacity exclusively for yourself and your animal.

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the programme start date. In this case, 15 % of the agreed programme fee will be retained to cover administration, reservation, payment processing, and preparation costs.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start, failure to attend, or failure to participate in the booked programme will result in the full programme fee (100%) becoming payable.

f you expressly request that services begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired (for example, through an appointment, analysis, testing, individual evaluation, or the provision of materials), you acknowledge that, should you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be liable for payment of any services already provided.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

 

3. Transparency & Scope of Services

The following services are included in a booked consultation or support program:
✓ The agreed consultation or treatment time
✓ Immediate follow-up discussion
✓ Brief organisational arrangements
✓ Short follow-up messages directly related to the current programme
✓ Minor adjustments directly connected to the ongoing support

The following services are not included:
✗ Ongoing professional advice via messaging services
✗ New questions or additional topics outside the agreed scope
✗ Detailed case discussions via text, voice, or video messages
✗ Additional analyses, testing, assessments, or personalised recommendations outside scheduled appointments     ㅤㅤ

These services will be treated as separate consultation sessions and charged accordingly.

Should additional professional consultation become necessary during our communication, I will always inform you in advance about any additional fees.
This ensures a transparent, fair, and respectful collaboration for both of us.

 

4. Payment & Instalment Plans

Professional expertise, experience, and individual support are valuable services. At the same time, I understand that flexibility can sometimes be helpful.

Instalment Plans
For support programmes, instalment payments may be arranged by prior agreement.
Please note that the total programme fee will be slightly higher when paying by instalments to cover the additional administrative work involved.

Where appropriate, we can discuss whether an individual payment arrangement is possible. Please note that any special payment arrangements are offered solely at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
