I am rarely the first person people turn to.
But often the one who helps uncover what is really going on beneath the surface.
For over 26 years, I have been accompanying people and animals therapeutically, holistically, intuitively, and at the root cause level.
What shapes me most, however, is my everyday life on my small farm in Spain.
Together with my four rescue dogs, including three Podencos, several street cats, my mare, and a lively flock of geese, ducks, and chickens, I am reminded every day how differently animals feel, respond, communicate, and experience the world around them.
I don't just know the methods. I know reality too.
The setbacks. The sleepless nights. And the quiet moments when real trust begins to grow.

Many animals learn to cope, yet their nervous system remains stuck in a state of stress. Fear, symptoms, and illness are often expressions of what is happening beneath the surface: within the nervous system, through unresolved emotional experiences, or within the deep bond between human and animal.
