„Both ends of the leash“
When symptoms are more than just symptoms
An 8-week systemic support programme for you and your dog
You've been to different vets, changed your dog's diet and tried a variety of approaches. You've done everything you could. And yet, the same issues keep returning.
And if you're honest, it's exhausting.
You're constantly observing, analysing every little detail, thinking things through over and over again. Your mind never seems to switch off, and your body is carrying the stress of it all.
Most people focus only on the dog. But that is often where the real problem begins. Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. They arise within a system. Your dog brings their experiences, You bring yours and every day, both influence each other. What shows up in your dog is often only one part of a much bigger picture.
Most people focus on what is visible: the symptoms, the behaviours, the reactions. And that is why so many people end up going around in circles.
Throughout my 26 years of therapeutic work, including more than 11 years in naturopathy,I have seen the same thing again: Meaningful and lasting change happens when we look at both systems together, human and dog. human and dog.
I don't just focus on symptoms. I work with both of you as one connected system. That means looking at the physical, emotional, and everyday factors that influence your life together.
We work on 3 levels:
- Body
Physical imbalances, inflammation, regulation and underlying physical factors
ㅤㅤ - Nervous System & Behavior
Stress, tension, emotional responses and behavioural patterns
ㅤㅤ - Daily Life & Surroundings
Nutrition, lifestyle, external influences
Everything is connected and that is exactly where we begin.
What can change
Not perfect, but noticeable and, above all, lasting.
for your dog:
• becomes calmer and more resilient
• feels more settled and at ease
• symptoms may begin to fade into the background or resolve altogether
• has more energy and enjoys life again
for you:
• you step out of the cycle of constant overthinking
• your nervous system begins to settle
• your mind feels clearer
• you regain a sense of direction
• you have more energy for everyday life
You stop trying to control everything and begin to trust again.
Imagine this:
You wake up in the morning and look at your dog. There is no immediate alarm, no analysing, no constant worrying. Your body feels relaxed. Your mind feels calm and clear. Your dog is stable, full of life, and able to be who they truly are. And everyday life together finally feels lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

You are not investing in a program, You are investing in:
✔ more peace of mind
✔ greater stability for your dog
✔ a daily life no longer shaped by constant stress and worry
You're not booking a method. You are choosing clarity, understanding and meaningful change.
Who ist this programme for:
This programme may be right for you if...
- you no longer want to focus solely on symptoms, but genuinely want to understand what lies beneath them
- you are willing to include yourself in the process and take responsibility for meaningful change
- you are looking for lasting change rather than temporary "things get a little better for a while" solutions
...and you can feel that continuing as things are is no longer an option
This programme may not be the right fit if...
- you are looking for a quick fix without exploring the deeper causes
- you simply want the symptoms to disappear
- you are not willing to invest time, energy, and commitment
- you hope things will change without becoming part of the process yourself
If you recognise yourself in these words, that is probably not a coincidence.
Don't have a dog? Maybe You share your life with another animal.
The type of animal is not what matters most. What matters is what is happening within the relationship between you. Although my primary focus is working with people and dogs, this systemic approach is not limited to dogs alone. Because the patterns we explore do not arise from the species itself. They arise within the system you and your animal create together.
If you recognise these kinds of patterns in your own relationship, this work may be just as valuable for you.
The first step is simply to explore together whether this type of support is the right fit and how I can best help you and your animal.
"The Guidance Session" – Your First Step Out of the Cycle
You've already tried so many things, and yet you keep finding yourselves back in the same place. If you can feel that things cannot continue like this, then this is your next step.
What happens during the "Guidance Session"?
Together, we'll explore:
• Where you and your animal truly are right now
• What is currently most important for your dog/animal
• How you are really doing in this situation
• What the next meaningful step might be for both of you
• Whether "Both Ends of the Leash" is the right fit
• And just as importantly, whether we feel like the right fit for each other
You will receive an honest assessment, even if my answer is that now is not the right time.
A 30-minute clarity session, including a pre-session questionnaire and personalised initial insights.
